When Airbnb wanted to optimize their Help Center experience, they engaged with Rose Digital to rethink its approach to content and the architecture of the systems that support content production. We created custom functionality to further optimize Airbnb’s use of the platform, consolidating multiple buggy, home-grown duplicative services within a single managed, scalable, reusable solution. Currently, we support the Airbnb team on a continuous engagement related to Host Hub, Help Center, and most recently Airbnb Mag.
